Finance Assistant Manager (CA)- Indirect

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Education: CA/ICWA/CMA Graduate / post graduate in commerce

Salary: 4 Lac to - 8.0Lac/PA, Negotiable

Location: New Delhi

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days working)

Responsibilities and Key Tasks: E&Y, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG), BMR

Handling ALL indirect taxes related matters
Preparing and maintaining an updated checklist of compliance's required.
Ensuring compliance with such checklist on indirect taxes
Securing various registrations required under indirect taxes
Preparation and filing of Tax Returns
Timely deposit of Indirect taxes
Developing in-house expertise in indirect taxes

Most Important Demands: Competencies Essential:

Experience in handling Indirect Tax matters
MUST have hands on experience in Pro-active approach to compliance
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-Motivated
Ability to work independently
CA / ICWA Graduate/post graduate in commerce
2-4 years post qualification
Proficiency in MS Office
Specific training/certification in indirect taxation shall be an added advantage

Additional Skills required:

Drafting Opinions on the applicability of Indirect Tax laws
Drafting reply to show cause notice/assessment appeals
Drafting of appeals
Appearance before Adjudication Authorities
Indirect tax advisory to Corporates
Shall be involved in review of all Indirect Tax processes, compliance & advising on strategies
